Except where IRPCS rules 9, 10 and 13 require A). A power driven vessel making way shall keep clear (give way) to vessels not under command, restricted in ability to move, fishing and sailing. B). A sailing vessel shall give way to vessels not under command, restricted in ability to move and fishing. C). A fishing vessel shall give way to vessels not under command and restricted in ability to move. Consider this, more manoeuvrable vessels give way to those less so.
